Shipping Methods
►COURIER
All orders placed on our website are processed within 1-3 business days, given that all products that are readily available at our warehouse and there are no other external reasons due to weather, strikes, pandemic etc. Our company tries its best to have your order shipped from our warehouse as soon as possible.
After having your order shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail including the shipping details and the courier's waybill number (voucher number).
Ιf your order has been shipped with ACS Courier, you can track your order by entering the tracking number in the corresponding field on the ACS website here or by phone at +30 210 81 90 000 και 801 500 1111 (from a landline in Greece).
If your order has been shipped with ELTA Hellenic Post, you can track your order by entering the tracking number in the corresponding field on the ELTA Hellenic Post website here or by phone at or +30 210 3353777 or +30 210 3353100 or 800-11-82000 (from a landline in Greece).
If your order has been shipped with Speedex, you can track your order by entering the tracking number in the corresponding field on the Speedex website here or by phone at +30 210 3407000 or by email at [email protected]
f your order has been shipped with Pack-Man courier , you can track your order by entering the tracking number in the corresponding field on the Pack-Man website here or by phone at +30 210 2622586.
Delivery Times:
The estimated order shipping time is 1-3 business days from the day your order has shipped.
Public holidays and cases of force majeure such as extreme weather conditions, strikes etc. are excluded from the above terms. The delivery times are only an estimate and Philippos Nakas SA is not responsible for delays due to the shipping companies or the reasons aforementioned.
Classic pianos, electric pianos, stage pianos as well as electronic and acoustic drum sets are excluded from the ‘Courier’ Shipping method.
Shipping Costs:
If the value of your order is above 79 euros, shipping is free of charge all over Greece and it only covers the delivery cost to the address entered without including any installation or setup of the products (where required).
Locations that are considered ‘remote’ based on ACS catalogs are excluded. In this case, you will have to pick up your order from the nearest ACS store or an extra fee will be charged by ACS to ship your order to the remote area entered.
If the value of your order is less or equal to 79 euros then:
- If you choose shipping by Courier, the transportation cost of 3,5 euros.
- If you select to pick-up from a store in our network, there is no additional charge.
Locations that are considered ‘remote’ based on ACS catalogs are excluded. In this case, you will have to pick up your order from the nearest ACS store or an extra fee will be charged by ACS to ship your order to the remote area entered.
If you choose to pay on delivery, the additional charge of the Courier is 1,80 euros (for orders up to 499,99 euros).
►Transportation Agency
Your order will be shipped by transportation agencies collaborating with Philippos Nakas S.A. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the contact details of the transportation agency used for shipping your order. Your order will be delivered on the ground floor at the entrance of the building/house (if the area is not considered inaccessible).
For orders above 79 euros, shipping is free of charge all over Greece. For orders equal or less than 79 euros, the transportation agency cost is 10 euros.
►Pick up from Philippos Nakas Store
Select to pick-up your order from one of our stores in our network. With this delivery/shipping method you will be notified by phone on the number you entered at checkout or by e-mail when your order is available to be picked up at the store of your choice, entered at checkout. The estimated delivery time at a store of our network is 1-5 business days.
All orders sent from the company's warehouse for collection from a store of the company, must have been already paid and will remain at the store for a period of 6 days from the day of notice.
►Delivery by a company's car (only for deliveries within Attica region & Thessaloniki)
For orders of 79 euros or more, you can select to receive your order by one of your company’s trucks or cars without extra charge. Deliveries are scheduled daily from 11:00 to 17:00, and only after a scheduled appointment with the logistics department.
If you choose to pay on delivery, the additional charge is 1,80 euros (for orders up to 500 euros).
Delivery & Set up of electric pianos and acoustic-electric drums:
The delivery and set up of the product is 35 euros within Attica region & Thessaloniki.
The delivery service at your place without an elevator is 20 euros.
Philippos Nakas SA holds the right to possibly assemble products at its premises and deliver them set up.
Additional charge for piano transportation:
Ground floor 115,00€
1st floor 125,00€
2nd floor 135,00€
3rd floor 148,00€
4th floor 158,00€
5th & 6th floor 170,00€
The above transportation costs DO NOT include the use of a crane, if it is necessary. Additional crane cost: 170,00€.
Orders of small volume (books and accessories of musical instruments) are excluded from this shipping method.
The start date of the warranty is the date of purchase and the proof of purchase is the receipt or invoice of the purchase.
For your better and immediate service as well as the safest delivery, Philippos Nakas SA reserves the right to change, without notice, the way of shipment of your order.
►Shipping Internationally (outside of Greece)
Philippos Nakas S.A. currently ships internationally within the European Union for most products. Shipping cost within the European Union is usually 25 euros, some exceptions might occur, where you will be notified via email or phone.
