  • DESCRIPTION
The sansula belongs to the kalimbas family and is just as easy to play as a normal kalimba. The instrument with the patented,
The free-floating suspension of the sound block is a complete in-house development.
Since its introduction in 2001, the Sansula has quickly become a bestseller and has found thousands of friends at home and abroad.
The special thing about the Sansula is its indescribable sound.
The oval frame made of laminated beech wood is covered with a sound membrane.
While the basic Sansula has a relatively delicate exterior (membrane), the Renaissance Melody is fitted with a robust synthetic REMO drum skin. The basic model has a black rubber tension string around the base, while the Renaissance Melody has a raised wooden rim.
The sound block in the membrane ensures a long-lasting, soft tone that can be produced with ease.
In addition, an impressive “wah-wah effect” can be achieved by opening and closing the bottom of the frame.
The Sansula Renaissance Melody has an 11-note reed set, which is precisely tuned to the G major scale in the work tuning. A variety of songs and melodies as well as chords to accompany songs or melodies can be played with this sound supply. The Renaissance Melody is just as suitable for improvising and playing intuitively.
    Tuning: G major, 440 Hz
    11 Notes: G, A, E, D, C, G, D, G, F#, B, A
    Made in Germany

Note: Due to its sensitive membrane, the Sansula is not suitable for small children!
