Konstantinos Ph. Nakas
He was born in 1955 in Athens and graduated from the Department of Economics of the University of Athens. Since 1975 he has been actively involved in the trade of musical instruments and in 1988 he took over the management of the company, which came from the merge of the sole proprietorship company Philippos Nakas and the company "MUSIC SYSTEMS AND TECHNOLOGIES AND THE. E. », into the Societe Anonyme “PHILIPPOS NAKAS S.A.”. From then until today he has the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Managing Director of the company.
During his term the company undertook the exclusive distribution in Greece of the products of the largest manufacturers of musical instruments and audiovisual equipment worldwide such as Yamaha, Akai, Bose Professional, D'Addario, Fender, Gibson, Ampeg, Neumann, Sabian, Steinway, Zildjian, Line 6, Sennheiser, Steinberg, Wharfedale and many more.
Also, during his term, a school of organ was initially created and then, in the year 1988, the societe anonyme CENTER OF MUSIC STUDIES SOCIETE ANONYME was founded, which started the operation of the PHILIPPOS NAKAS CONSERVATORY. Subsequently, the company CENTER OF MUSIC STUDIES SOCIETE ANONYME was merged by the company and the PHILIPPOS NAKAS CONSERVATORY is already an important pole of music education in the country, having 9 branches throughout Greece, with 3.000 students, collaborating also with the world’s leading music university Berklee College of Music.
During the term of Konstantinos Nakas, the company expanded its activity in the field of bookstore items, gifts and decoration items under the distinctive title NAKAS PAPER (already NAKAS CONCEPT) by establishing independent stores for this purpose.

He was born in 1958 in Athens and is a graduate of the Industrial School of the University of Piraeus.

George Nakas developed the field of music publications of the company to which the company has been granted the publishing rights of the works of the most famous Greek authors, such as M. Loizos, as well as the publication and distribution of music books by world-renowned foreign publishing houses, including, for example, Boosey & Hawkes, Lemoine, Music Sales, Hal Leonard, Van de Velde, Schott, Berklee Publications, Boosey & Hawkes, Columbia Pictures, Faber, International Music Publications, Leduc, Oxford, Ricordi Americana, Universal. The company also has the exclusive distribution of the books of the Greek publishers KOURIS "EUROPE", BOUKOUVALAS, NIBERG, ZACHAROPOULOS, VOTSI, VORISI etc. The total number of music titles is about 16,000 and in the online store of the company www.nakas.gr are posted 7,500 titles and about 4,000 scores online with Greek and traditional songs.
Maria P. Chatzigeorgiou
She was born in 1960 in Mytilene and is a graduate of the Department of Economics of the University of Athens. She has been working for the company since 1983 and has many years of experience and comprehensive knowledge of all its functions and administrative procedures. From 2011 until today she holds the position of Financial Director of the company having organized the operation of the Financial Service with the full cooperation of the individual departments of Accounting, Personnel, IT, Logistics and Shareholder Information.
Stylianos D. Vasilakis
He was born in 1954 in Athens and is a graduate of the School of Economics & Business (ASOEE). From 1975 to 1982 he worked as an Assistant Accountant in the company ABYX SA.
From 1983 to 1986 he was Head of Accounting at DROMON SA.
From 1986 to 1990 he was Assistant Financial Director of TECHNOKAR SA.
From the year 1990 to the year 2010 he assumed the duties of the Financial Director of the company.
From the year 2011 to the year 2014 he was Deputy Mayor of the Municipality of Kea.

Miltiadis G. Varnavas
He was born in 1955 in Athens. He studied architecture from 1974 to 1980 at the Ecole des Beaux-Arts in Paris and worked as an architect on many private projects from 1981 to 2015.
Since 1980, Miltiadis Varnavas has been the designer of all the company's facilities, both its main building in Athens and its branches, as well as the building that houses the PHILIPPOS NAKAS CONSERVATORY and its branches as well as the company's headquarters in Peania, consisting of modern administration and storage areas, projecting in an effective and recognizable way the image of the company to the general consumer public. With the above multi-year involvement, Miltiadis Varnavas contributed decisively to shaping the company's image to the consumer public in combination with the creation of spaces for the safe execution of the duties of its employees, constantly taking into account the needs of human resources and of effective business activity.
Dimitris I. Tsapogas
Dimitris Tsapogas was born in 1980 in Athens.
He studied at the Athens University of Economics and Business, from which he received a degree in Accounting & Finance and then obtained a postgraduate degree in Applied Risk Management with a degree in Internal Audit from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
Since 2018 he is Director at Mazars Certified Public Accountants Business Consultants and Head of Corporate Governance, Internal Audit and Risk Management Services, in which he has been working in management positions since 2013.
From the year 2012 to the year 2013 he was the Head of Internal Audit in the company KORRES SA. and during the period from 2008 to 2012 he was active in the provision of security services of the company Grant Thornton. He has a total of 15 years of experience in the field of accounting, auditing and consulting companies in companies active in the banking sector, financial and investment services, construction, energy and the fast moving consumer goods sector.
He has participated as a project manager in projects for the development of corporate governance frameworks, ethics and compliance programs as well as risk identification and assessment in leading public and private companies, listed on the ATHEX or not. He has supervised projects for the organization of internal control systems, quality evaluation of internal control units and the provision of internal control services in the form of outsourcing. In addition, he has participated as a project team leader in the work of the Supervising Commissioner (monitoring trustee) in one of the systemic banks in Greece with the responsibility of monitoring the governance and its internal control system. He has also experience in regular auditing of financial statements in listed companies and in special management audits as well as in other securing operations in Greece and abroad.
He holds the COSO Internal Control Certificate certified by the International Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and is a Certified Security Controller (CICA) certified by the American Institute of Safety Valves (IIC). He is a member of the Chamber of Commerce, the Institute of Internal Auditors and the Anti-Fraud Institute.
Aggeliki C. Kamberi
She was born in 1962 in Kozani. She studied at the School of Pharmacy of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, where she studied from 1981 to 1985. She also obtained a Diploma in aesthetics from the private school Pisalidou in Thessaloniki and a Diploma in secretarial support at the DIDAKTA.
From 1990 to 1993 she provided secretarial services at Old Court Hospital in the office of heart surgeon Sir Magdi Yacoob.
From 1999 to 2001 she was in charge of managing educational activities at the GAIA Museum Goulandris and from 1994 to 2000 she provided secretarial support services at the Cardiac Surgery Clinic at the Athens Medical Center (Cardiac Surgeon's Office Stergios Theodoropoulos).

In the year 2004 she established a pharmacy in the area of the Olympic Stadium and in the year 2018 the bookstore "Stone, pencil, scissors, paper" started operating at the same time.
She has been a major volunteer at the Chain of Hope Foundation, UK on the Pediatric Cardiac Surgery Center in Central Africa (in progress), the Friends of the Child Foundation and the Hope Foundation.
